Burn as fast as you can with those. Low speeds on new media will give you lower quality than higher speeds. The discs were designed for higher speeds.
My friend can burn those 8x G05's @ 12x with his 108. We checked the quality in k-probe and it had excellent PI/PIF error rates. Meaning - High quality. Cliffnotes- Burn fast
