Advice Please

Hey all,

Rite a friend of mine wants me to chip his xbox, and install a bigger hard drive. I want to know what chip you advise me to get for him, he wont be playin his xbox online, but then again he mite change his mind, so I need it to have a disable function.

Also he wants a bigger hdd I sed he sud get a 120gb maxtor drive, but sud he get the 8mb cache one?

Anything else I sud know/tell you. I think its a v1.5 I did check a while ago, but i've forgot
