you'll have to switch from nero express to the 'classic nero' interface. then create a new dvd-compilation. drag the content of cd1 in there. then just copy the .pk4 files from the other cds into the directory \Setup\Data\base\
this will leave you with 6 pk4's with a total size of 1.44GB. on the upper part you will see a pull down menu, from there choose image recorder. then burn the compilation to an .nrg image file. mount that image in any virtual drive and it should install fine without the need for swapping discs.
