cloneDVD/anyDVD stop error

Using winXP PRO. Sony DRU530a DVD+- burner updated to 8x- speed w/firm.

Trying to back up some of my DVD's as I have done many times with my Intel P4 3.0 setup. Now I am running a AMD64 3200+. However, I did also add RAID with 2 Seagate 160gig IDE HDD.

During the file process, before burning, I get a BLUE STOP ERROR screen and windows restarts suggesting a device driver as the "possible" problem. After 3 tries, only 1 worked. Also, sometimes after restart both of my ROM drives on that IDE channel are missing their drivers and don't work until I remove them and redetect them. Again, I did not have this problem until I recently upgraded to an AMD64, but I am leaning toward the RAID driver being the issue. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!!!!!!!!
