dvd2xbox

Hi Im new to the forum so be gentle. lol

Ok i've tried searchin for my answer but to no avail, IM just very simple I guess, anyway

I have just downloaded dvd2xbox 5.5, but what do I do with it now, how do I load this on to the xbox? I have a CD writer (NOT a dvd writer YET) do I jus unzip the file an burn on to disc an put it in the xbox, or is it not as simple as this

Bascially I would like to be able to back up my xbox games onto dvd (when i get my writer) I would like to do this with minimal hassel

my xbox isn't connected to my pc and I don't have a modchip (whateva that does?) can I still do this without these?
