problems with tekken4 and soul calibur 2

tekken4 after changed the disk from swap magic 2.0, freeze afeter press start in namco's screen. I press start, i hear a sond and the screen became black

soul calibur 2 works but there are 2 character that i can't choose because when i go on they with the cursor, texture of the character don't load and the image of character is white. if i choose one of this 2 character, i can't play and i must press select+start to return at the start screen

pls help
