Dvd 4x Discontinued. . .

Ok well, I had a pioneer a05 that I bought for a really good price a couple of months ago, but had to take it back cause money was tight. So a couple weeks ago, I go to FRYS and ask them for the AO5 and they tell me they dont have any. I ask when theyll get them in. They say - never. Its discontinued for the a06. So I'm like damn I dont wanna pay 200 someodd bucks for that. And I dont, and get a TDK for 150. Worked fine. Again money problems came up - I go back yesterday to get the TDK. Sorry we're sold out. I almost had a heartattack. I go to the DVD Burner section, and they have all of 3 or 4 brands of DVD Burners, no brand name. They had a polaroid and a Emprex which are all BTC burners, but one is priced less than the other - . I go up to the guy and I say, your DVD section isnt stocked. And he says whats there is there, most companies have discontinued production of there 4x's and are going to roll out the 8x dvdburners. So I grabbed an emprex, kept my receipt, and hopped that in two weeks I'd see an 8x or a returned Pioneer.

On a side note, not being able to wait for PRINCOS, I got some FUJIFILM DVD's for 30 bucks, and these suckers have booted flawlessly everytime. If you're like me and cant do the internet thing, definitely check these suckers out. GREAT QUALITY can kiss my ass.
