Definitely get a modchip, it says time and energy. I'd recommend sending your PS2 and chip to someone experienced in chipping PS2s. It's not super hard, but it does require some knowledge of soldering and wiring and such. Best bet is to send it out to get chipped. But don't bother with the swap magic.....stick with modchips (Pref. Messiah 2...it's the best out right now!). Hope this helps!
