You`r not going to belive this but ...
The last 3 games i did i used the loader utility to install them on the HD, and i could`nt locate them.. I installed a N64 emu through the FTP, then the missing folder showed up ?? go figure.. It was on the F drive under PX loader, game00, game01 ect .. Now all i have to do is move them around :0) .. The kids have a habbit of playing with the buttons as the X box it booting, i`ve had them delete a few games that way, of course no biggie, as all of us only use it as a way to stop our original DVD getting scratched up ;0)
