Theres nothing wrong with your modchip.
As clarky pointed out the game(s) you downloaded have corrupt files. Your best bet to get a nice copy of the game is to buy it, then make your self a back up. Don't download games. It’s more of a pain b/c most of the time they just don't work right. Now I’m not telling you to do this, you will have to use your own judgment on this. Go rent the game and copy it.
