Normaly SafeDisc protected CD. Have so called "Bad sectors" and that could dippend what cd. But normaly it had about 1000 bad sectors and it takes to read about 30-60 minutes.

U also have sectors that's take long time. I don't think it SafeDisc but it could be.
What ever. You'll need to test if these sectors are needed. So my answer is YES read the sectors.
I've just looking up at GCW and found out that's have a protection that's I'm not famlier with. "Readerrors". So maybe ju should read in those sectors to. That's take 3 minute. Do that. And again YES.
