Backup problems

Hi, hope someone can help me out with this. I've been trying to make backups of my PS2 games using Record Now Max I've followed the tuturial that is posted to the letter & when it verify's
I get errors reported. Is this common ? I have tried different types of media & get the same results. Any help would be Great
