i have made a successful copy of mafia using BlindWrite Suite to create a image of the cd's then burn them onto cd-r later.
my copy doesn't even need a fixed executable or crack to run. if using blindwrite use the settings extract subcodes and for the method use nibble, while the speed it reads at should be set to 1x - 4x but never higher than 4x. if this doesn't work post here again or it could be your burner.
