The game has many bugs... There are fixes for some of them at the EA technical support page (ex. crashes with Media Player 9 and when View/Encoding/Auto-Select is enabled in Internet Explorer 6)
Also older cards like Voodoo3 don't work with this game (although Voodoo3 works fine with Madden 2003!) So i don't think that the FixedExe/NoCD is the problem...
