Yes and No.
The ability to copy the protections is hardware dependent. If you have a look at the Clone CD site under supported writers you will find details about your drive's capabilities. The most popular protection, Safedisk 2, requires your burner to have one sheep in the EFM scale (you can copy Safedisk upto 2.4), or two sheep (you can copy all known Safedisks.) Securom requires you to be able to read and write subchannel data.
