While burning it to a re-writeable CD is a good idea, simply copying it with Discjuggler won't make it self booting.
If you were to do it the way you're suggesting, you should burn it to a CD-RW, copy it with CDRWIN (to make a .BIN file), then use bin2boot on the .BIN file. The only problem with bin2boot is that it won't work on games with CDDA, so you could always just use the Echelon selfbooting tutorial.
