Nero 2 CDI?

Is there any way to convert Nero images to CDI?

Also, how can you tell if a Nero image is selfbooting before burning it?

In Discjuggler you just check to see if there are 2 tracks and 2 sessions (or more).

Is there any way (through hex editing maybe?) to do this with Nero images?

I haven't seen any "nero2cdi" proggy...

There should be also more than 2 sessions in Nero selfboot images. I guess you can check that.

Well, even a Nero to anything else process would be better than nothing.

Nero to BIN or Nero to file system.

By the way, how do you check a Nero image to see how many sessions and tracks it has?

one way you could do it is to burn the nero image to a cdrw disc (wont work in dc) then make a cdi image from that and burn to a cdr.

As for checking the sessions in Nero, when you select to burn an image a box will come up, select the 'info' tab and you can see how many sessions there are.

While burning it to a re-writeable CD is a good idea, simply copying it with Discjuggler won't make it self booting.

If you were to do it the way you're suggesting, you should burn it to a CD-RW, copy it with CDRWIN (to make a .BIN file), then use bin2boot on the .BIN file.

The only problem with bin2boot is that it won't work on games with CDDA, so you could always just use the Echelon selfbooting tutorial.

if the image is already a selfbooter then the cdrw method would work, however if its not just get a copy of isobuster and extract the files from the nero image and use Echelons selfboot method.

One of the problems is that Isobuster (the latest version at least) doesn't support Nero.

Neither does Daemon Tools. :/
