Basic FTP network question
I have looked through the FAQS, and couldn't find the answer.
When i try and connect my xbox to my pc via crossover cable, winxp tries to "auto connect" and try and obtain the network adress. So, whenever i try and use flashfxp (ftp program) it says no host available. Because the ethernet connection is already being used by windows, because network connection says "limited or no connectivity." What do i do to disable this? I used to have it work about 1 year ago on a different PC, so i know how to do it, but i've never run into a problem like this. HELP!! I disabled my wireless network, so that won't interfere? Am i missing something really basic? |
