ATI All in Wonder video cards. You can transport anything into your computer with them. You can even plug your cable into it. Record, and burn TV shows to DVD.
But if your one of those prople with a "pre-made" computer. You probly have intergrated video(no AGP slot to install this card). And you will need what he said above. I myself use Nero Express to make the DVDs.
