Yeah Ive done a couple of 80mm fan installs. On my first xbox which was a v1.1 I put an 80mm fan in and another smaller fan under the HDD. My hdd never heated up not even once, after that.
After I finally bought a dremel and a new xbox Halo edition, I did another an 80mm fan install to that as well. That one came out hella better. Im glad I didnt cut out the grill in the back this time. Anyways, this one looks so good that it almost looks factory. Tyler!
