Confidential Missions-can't get it to boot

I have had a problem with the PAL version of this game.

I ripped the ISO from the GD, extracted, used hack3 etc in the usual way, burned, at it didn't work - simply went to the DC explorer screen after the sega screen.

OK, I thought, lets give that 45000 method a try in case there is some protection that the hack progs are missing....and the same thing happens. The only thing I can think of if there is possibly some LBA ##### so that the game has to be written with the files in the same order. Will try that and let you know, but in the meantime, if anyone can shed any light, Please let me know.
