If you are absolutely, positively sure it's connecting the D0 good then you got a bad bios on the chip.

yea, thought of that too, i removed the motherboard and soldered onto the alternate point ... same dam problem

I`m in the process of getting some newer chips, i`ll let you guys know if it fixed the problem or not, in the intermin, i`m goint to try and re-install the kit into a 1.1 X-box
