Still would start off by checking out the bios. Get the most powerful magnifying lens you can find and a nice well lit area. If you are lucky it is just a wire that has come loose and is bridging a gap. Worst case senario would be that a solder ball is rolling around and bridged that gap, this is much harder to spot. Also be sure to check out all other connections and do a check for solder that could have fallen off the iron and onto the board.
