TOCA Race Driver still protected !?!

Hi Folks,
as said in the Intro, the Game is protected by a "new" fading copy-protection. After finishing the first Championship and starting the second, the Cars at starting-grid began to jump around like bunnies on L$D
Used the fixed exe included on CD released by Immersion...
Has somebody played beyond the 2-3rd championship? maybe there's another crack that works..?
