Playing console games on PC?
Can I play console games on PC. Is there any software, any emulators that would alow me to do this?

Yes, there are, e.g. see ePSXe for Playstation (1) emulation.

Another one I know for PS1 is Bleem (don't know if this program still exists)

Ok, but Playstation 1 its just one of the consoles, i need emulators for xBox, PSP . . .

Probably not on your list perhaps but there is a N64 emulator that I use and it works fine,you can even sharpen the games from back in that era of gaming because I remember I couldnt get a Scart cable for my 64 years ago
 Its called Project 64 and is easily available and the Roms needed to play are easily available as well I still enjoy the odd game of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark as well as some other Rare classics from then such as Pilotwings
