Splinter Cell Chaos Theory- MiniImage not work!

Hi at all, I'm Italian

and I've a version of SP3 multilanguage! I've made a copy of mdf + mds on DVD and I've also mini image!

But, if I click on SP3 launcher.exe, with DVD into my PC and minimage (.mds) mount on a virtual hardware (for example G:\), the game says to me everytime: "There are more disk on your drives! Pls remove one and Try again!".

Pls anyone can explain what I can do?
P.S. I've not a CD/DVD rom external USB!

But If I mount only mini image, without DVD of SP3 into my DVD reader, the game ask: Please insert PC DVD of Splinter Cell C.... ! And try again!

So the game don't start! Any solution pls?

There is only one methode to run this game :

U need a IDE2USB converter, nothing else will help!
Mini-Images don't work anymore.
