better quality with images?

i am wondering if you can make quality on videos better before burning them to dvd. i am not talking about dvd movies i am talking about movie files such as music videos and such. if so please tell me.

Well no not really. You can get the only the quality that your video came with. Basically the only changes you can get are light and color filters.
