tokyo extreme racer

Hi i was wondering how to get it to work, it doesnt have i guess the files for auto start up.. but i can seem to figure it out ive downloaded like 10 programs for this problem and have no clue on what to do.. but i was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this..

edit: incase your wondering yes i do own this game.. my DC wont work now and i want to play this game still
