Equivalent Combo replacing sfcure01 + Starforce Nightmare?

I'm using Windows 2000 SP4. Both sfcure01 and Starforce Nightmare don't work at all.
Do any of u know if the following processes are the equivalence?

SFAFSB.exe
Win2k3NodeDisabler
Device Manager->disable IDE ATA/ATAPI controller

I'd appreciate if anyone if confirm this

I think you need Windows XP SP2 for it to work. Im pretty sure, but not 100% positive.
