Lan play with Farcry 1.3
Anybody haveing problems playing lan with farcry 1.3?

No, I set it up again today using the v1.3 update to see if it indeed did work and it was working excellent, as usual. But you are the second person in as many days that I have spoken to who is having trouble with Farcry and LAN!

Yup i've had trouble with FarCry on a LAN

Tried it last weekend - just couldnt get two PCs to see each others game, but they work fine with other games. Looked all over the net for answers and had very little luck

I always said FarCry was a bit ghey anyway, and this just proved my point

Hmmm Ive now spoken to numerous people who have trouble with getting Farcry to work over a LAN?? And at this stage I really dont know why there is so much trouble? I have Farcry installed on 2 computers, with the 1.3 update installed on both, and using the v1.0 Nocd and I can still play over the LAN?
I am only telling you this to let you know Yes it is possible so it cant be anything to do with the v1.3 update. I also have heard from people who say they cannot play LAN with the v1.2 update either?
