Hi, my friend has a programm called Alcohol 120%, there you can change format of the burned media.. also can choose Playstation 2 format. Does this mean u can burn ps 2 games and dont need a chip for playing?

For a quick fix on scratched games, you can buff them back out via an electric car buffer and a small dab of car polish or toothpaste. That will solve your scratched games prob. You will still a mod chip to play back ups however. Try reading the ultimate info sticky. It will give you a better understanding of what you will need to successfully play backups.

Not sure if it could be considered a rule addition, but maybe like a little foot note at the bottom or something would be helpful. Atleast when someone joins the forums and reads the rules it would have a reference to reading the ulitimate sticky info. The only problem with that is how many members actually read the entire rule list before they post a thread. I know your gonna say 1/2 or all but I see alot of new members getting banned alot more quickly these days. TD used to post how many days its been since his last ban and its gotten to the point where he dont post them anymore cause its too frequent(annoying). Besides that, it gets frustrating when 1/10 of every post reply is read this or that, or try a search. More than 10% doing a search on their own would seriously impress the h*ll out of me, especially without having been told that by a senior member. Junior members dont think of reading the rules before they try to get the answer to their specific needs/wants. Thats kinda how the Quick trigger fingure was developed. Just thought I would share my 2’ on the subject. τΏτ icya point there sped!

Just so you all know, there will always be little buggers that just wont read the stickies.

Also, I do monitor what people are looking at quite frequently and I do notice quite a few thread searches. That has amazed me, since I never used to see them.

If you look at the Installers Sticky and the UIS you'll notice that they are probably the more viewed threads in the ps2 section. I guess the installer sticky was more of a hit since its been viewed more.

Finally if you compair the Xbox Forums to the PS2 forums youll notice that our PS2 stickies are viewed quite a bit more than theirs.

Tyler!

Well bite my tongue! I see what you mean!
Now about those lil buggers! Just kidding... There will always be a few who cant seem to get with the program but overall I do see things getting better all the time. My compliments to all!
