WTF!? Wrong software... :(
I didn't get RecordNow Max with my A05 today. Here's what it came with.
Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.3 ( Like I'm going to install this satan-spawn on my system! ) Sonic MyDVD 4 ArcSoft ShowBiz Sonic CinePlayer Pinnacle InstantWrite. What gives... ?

Not sure if this would work...
You could try phoning their customer support number, explain you just bought a05 etc. not happy with the software that was included + you want to exchange for RecordNow Max. They might be nice and send it out to you in the post. Worth a try

My A05 came with: Cyberlink Power DVD Cyberlink Power DVD XP 4.0 (Yes it came with both for some reason) Sonic My DVD 4.0 & RecordNow Max.
