I didn't get RecordNow Max with my A05 today. Here's what it came with.

Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.3 ( Like I'm going to install this satan-spawn on my system! )

Sonic MyDVD 4
ArcSoft ShowBiz
Sonic CinePlayer
Pinnacle InstantWrite.

Not sure if this would work...

You could try phoning their customer support number, explain you just bought a05 etc. not happy with the software that was included + you want to exchange for RecordNow Max. They might be nice and send it out to you in the post.

My A05 came with:
Cyberlink Power DVD
Cyberlink Power DVD XP 4.0 (Yes it came with both for some reason)
Sonic My DVD 4.0
&
RecordNow Max.
