Neverwinter Nights 1.65 HotFix NOCD

Hi,
I'd like to know where I can find the nwmain.exe NOCD of the 1.65 patch HotFix that can be found here: http://nwn.bioware.com/support/patch...ou_hotfix.html the hotfix is just a zip with nwmain.exe and nwserver.exe
I'd like to know if there is already a NOCD version of this version. If there is not, could someone explain to me what should I hex-edit to make it NOCD?

I found the 1.65 fix at MegaGames. I used the Neverwinter Nights v1.65b2 ENG with the patch hotfix installed without a problem only last week (replaying the series ATM).

A: he said that it's replace the .exe file. Means that if you use the 1.65B2 crack you don't get the hotfix fixes. Meaning that you will need a rebuild of the crack!

B: The 1.65B2 crack is also avible at GameCopyWorld

This special build of NWMain and NWServer is to fix an issue with the 1.65 Update and the Shadows of Undrentide Official Campaign in Chapter 2 where the game slows down and becomes unplayable. You should only install this Hotfix if you're having troubles playing Chapter Two of the Shadows of Undrentide Official Campaign.

Please back up your existing nwmain.exe and nwserver.exe files before using these new executables.

Please note: If you install this 1.65 Hotfix, you will need to revert to the standard 1.65 update before you install the future 1.66 update.

These files are multiplayer-compatible with the other 1.65 patches.

We would appreciate your feedback regarding this 1.65 Hotfix. Please report the success or failure of this 1.65 Hotfix to [email protected].

AND D: Don't think this patch haven't been there for along time! HOWEVER don't think a crack will be avible, they already talking about a 1.66 update means that next crack will probebly be on 1.66 version!

Exactly, I don't think that this 1.65B2 crack has the hot fix and it probably won't be released, that's why I wanted to know the lines do hex-edit and make it NOCD myself.
I need it because I'm playing Shadows of Undrentide Chapter 2
I think there are probably 2 lines to edit but I can't find it heh

In the main nwmain.exe there is a certain call to MessageBoxA, kill it and you got the cdcheck

Edit the nwserver.exe, remove the 66.244.193.142 adress which points to nwmaster.bioware.com and replaced it with 203.239.47.115 (didn't get any lookup on this), then removed the nasty nwmaster.bioware.com at the end of file. (woohoo...private server)

Finally, i added the following entry to the hosts-file:

127.0.0.1 nwmaster.bioware.com

this worked before, can't tell if it works with this version....what I've seen so far the routine is the same....

Well there some problems that might not work.... there are only diffrent patch of diffrent version of the game you have. haven't scan .exe file but I will not be supprised if it SecuROM protected but I can have wrong!

Put in the disc then! By the way, it's the nwmain.exe you should edit not the nwn.exe!

Good news everyone, a crack has been released and will show up on GCW as soon as someone get the hand on it! I suggest this topic thread will be closed untill then!
