NOTE: File needed can be found in Post #2

1) Move _CommonRedist folder in Game Directory to Output folder in mi script
2) Lanch compress.bat

NO, his is for the first game, yours is the second installment, which is completely different game.

Doesn't seem to work, double clicked on the shortcut and nothing happens

your missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, that has nothing with conversion itself.

That's installed, the original installer works fine.

yes, mistake in compress.bat, missing the @ in the arc line.
which then compresses the unins* files from original install.
