1) Move _CommonRedist folder in Game Directory to Output folder in mi script
2) Lanch compress.bat

your missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, that has nothing with conversion itself.

That's installed, the original installer works fine.

yes, mistake in compress.bat, missing the @ in the arc line.
which then compresses the unins* files from original install.
