Ripping Radio files can be acceptable as it does not have big impact on the game. You can simply copy some of your own music into the game's folder and the tunes will play when you enter a vehicle...

Totally ripping speech files is not acceptable for me as it ruins the gameplay (at least in my opinion).

Can you make some type of optional settings to the conversion? So that people can chose whether or not they want to remove the sound files?
will do a separate Conversion but final size will be around 3Gb.

But I couldn't careless about the game because it's old.

I didn't do anything with sound, there is a file on the internet which makes this possible that's all.

I've sent you a PM regarding this because I think external links like this wouldn't be allowed in forum

Hey what? How to compress the audio to 66mb only? Though 95% sound removed but unpacked file size is just as the original.

Found the bug, the conversion: Testing from fresh Win7 SP1 x64 (with updates 2020+) and says it the message running from converter in selected game main folder, after press 'Convert' buttons.

Missing the dll file: libgdk-win32.2.0-0.dll

How to fixing: This converter programs run again, and before pressing 'Converter' buttons, do the followings.

1. Open any browser and find FreeArc 0.666/0.67 portable versions in ZIP format and download it now.
2. Open the ZIP file and navigate to 'bin' folders and open it and select all files.
3. Open the new Windows popup window use Win+R and put the commands: %TEMP%
4. Opened temporary folder and search freearc.exe file location. Example: "is-XXXXX.tmp" directory.
5. Its freearc.exe file found and copy all files after opened ZIP file to "is-XXXX.tmp" dirs an overwriting files, except the files in listed below:

freearc.exe
arc.exe
arc.ini
facompress.dll
faompress-mt.dll
unarc.exe
zlib1.dll

6. All files copied and navigate in the Converters window and press the "Convert" buttons.
7. Freearc its says select program language. Select in any lang one and press OK.
8. Freearc compressing in files and waiting from finishing conversion.
9. Test the converted CD versions game in any PC machine. Have fun.

UPDATE: This conversion finished in 24 minutes. Data2.cab file size: 410311kB. Its full install package size: 476MegaBytes.

Any alternative variants coming is soon, in future time? Like FULLRIP conversions, contains all audio its ripped formats. Example: WAV --> AAC --> WAV?
