Vampire: Bloodlines, screen issues.

Okay, I've installed this game on my computer, updated it, added the no cd, and for some reason or another, who knows, the screen, when it first starts up, the title screen and all of that, it looks like the resolution is all screwed up, ya know how it looks like there's a million of the same thing, basically, it's some sort of resolution issue, it's not sound, this I know already. Sound works fine. But anyway, I've looked at numerous forums and tech support things, I've tried changing the resolution, I went through the whole list of res for my screen and it did the same thing for each one, then I tried to edit the registry, which they suggest, by changing the default resolution for the game, that didn't work, I just updated my card drivers for my graphics card a few days ago, and that's up to date, I'm really at a loss here, does anyone at all know some way I can remedy this problem?

Nope, crack problem
For some reason, the current Quake_GER crack causes my LCD to autoadjust itself, so the game scrolls off the top of the monitor. My best suggestion at the minute is to add the latest unofficial patch (1.9 I think) and use the Hoodlum crack, as at least this has no graphical problems.

Talking Manual Override

Well, just use the DirectX-Override-Feature and run your game at 85hz or 100hz (depends on your monitor, but I would use 85hz).

Thatīs it, should run fine!

Overide doesn't work.
Oh, small thought though- Have you replaced the vampire.dll in the Vampire\Dlls folder with the one from the archive (It doesn't go int the same directory as Vampire.exe)- Forgot this one first time I applied the Hoodlum crack.

Cheers
