Disk Error on MP3 PLAYER

Hi,

I recently bought an MP3 Player on e-bay. I don't think it has a brand on it or anything like that. Anyway I connected to my PC and started adding and deleting music, files etc. When I disconnected from the PC, I tried to listen to my music but it came up with "Disk Error". What do i need to do? I tried to reconnect to my PC and tried to put my music into the H: Drive (MP3 Player folder). However, it keeps asking me to Format my Disk. I don't want to Format it cause I think I may delete everything on it. Please help.

First, read the manual. Second, contact the manufacturer. Third, tell us the exact name of your MP3 player.

Hi Joe,

Thanks for replying so soon. I have read the manual and it doesn't say anything about these errors. I bought the MP3 Player from e-bay and its unbranded.
The seller did say it had "Samsung flashback memory" and thats it. I can't therefore contact the manufacturer.

Yeah, agreed. Contact the seller, to have your problems sorted out. (Jesus, a device that doesn't have its name stated even in the manual? Wow, must be a "quality" product!)
