Disk Error on MP3 PLAYER
Hi,
I recently bought an MP3 Player on e-bay. I don't think it has a brand on it or anything like that. Anyway I connected to my PC and started adding and deleting music, files etc. When I disconnected from the PC, I tried to listen to my music but it came up with "Disk Error". What do i need to do? I tried to reconnect to my PC and tried to put my music into the H: Drive (MP3 Player folder). However, it keeps asking me to Format my Disk. I don't want to Format it cause I think I may delete everything on it. Please help. |
First, read the manual. Second, contact the manufacturer. Third, tell us the exact name of your MP3 player.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for replying so soon. I have read the manual and it doesn't say anything about these errors. I bought the MP3 Player from e-bay and its unbranded. The seller did say it had "Samsung flashback memory" and thats it. I can't therefore contact the manufacturer. Hope you can help. |
Probably the reason he sold it in the first place.

Yeah, agreed. Contact the seller, to have your problems sorted out. (Jesus, a device that doesn't have its name stated even in the manual? Wow, must be a "quality" product!)
