Error With Punisher No CD Patch

Hey guys I have tried installing the Punisher V1.0 NoCD patch and when I try to start the game I keep recieving a Windows Xp Error where it comes to the send error report window. I have replaced my original exe file with the fixed exe. In the install guide it says burn Bin\Cue... I'm a newb at this and was wondering what Bin file they talking about and why burn it? I can't seem to get this file too work. Any help would be great.
