Hi there,
i own an internet gaming centre, meaning we cannot use disks from games, way too impractical, and have been trying to add command and conquer 3 onto the PC here. as always i tested it on this admin PC. steps followed : -installed it -used miniimage from gamecopyworld -mounted with daemon tools -used YASU from gamecopyworld -claoked drives with YASU -Ran game - ran fine. now i then went on and installed it on the actual user PCs, which are same spec, only with no optical drives physicly installed. followed same steps. "error : could not launch application(5xxxxx)" from further investigation it seems hiding the emulation software with a program like YASU only works if you have at least 1 physical drive installed. so i then tried ALL the other masking progs on gamecopyworld(20or so) with same results. has anyone here had experience with this, and thus able to offer any suggestions on how to overcome this issue, and somehow get the game to run? atm ive had to move onto noDVD EXE, but new games=lotsa patching=miniimage better - for first few months of release anyway.thx. |

Just the 1 copy for all your machines?
How are you going to get LAN battles going with the same cd-key? |
