Castle of Shikigami 2 - sound downsampling problem

Hi.
My turn
I'd like to downsample music in Castle of Shikigami 2 from stereo to mono (to make shmups compilation). The sound file is named SND.BIN and has height = 236mb so it is quite big - 118 mb to downsample
That file have unknown format for me. I have sure that file is not in SFA, ADX, AFS or DCZ format. It has no header.

Look on the beggining of the file:

Any ideas??????
