playing backups - been out a long time plz help!
OK, here we go
I havent touched really a PSX or tried backups in a long time...kind of converted to PC and xbox, which have built in harddrives, backup is simple, put the disk in, hit the button, encase the cd in frozen carbonite. now my question is, i want to go on the road with my new small psx, its LCD screen ($30! i win!), and castlevania: SOTN. obviously, the game is worth more than the system, and heres the problem...i dont want to scratch it. i have it backed up to my PC for burning, it runs in epsxe so its a good backup. but how do i burn it correctly? to be truthful its a downloaded backup as i wouldnt know where to being to get it done correctly...but do i still need a modchip to play it? just a simple "yes you need a chip, no there is no way around" will be fine, or if there is a way around, that would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks! /edit: closer look at GCW says "Keep in mind that an ModChip or a Game-Enhancer is ALWAYS needed to be able to play these CD-R's" so thats 100%? damn. guess ill have to shell out the $25 and hour of driving for a used, "greatest hits" version i can sorta afford to lose |

You and so many others never seem to read or understand the forum rules. We do not help with warez aka downloaded games. Your banned for two weeks, if you come back and ask for help with warez again it will be permanent.
