The moral to your story is:
"Dont mess with things you know nothing about!" Why would you go through so much hassle if you owned the original discs?

After installing GTR my PC started kacking around and the readspeed of my harddrive was at a constant rate of 3.6 mb/sec (!!!) which is slower then USB 2... I uninstalled the drivers with SFClean which didn't help a lot ... just crashed more often and another result: a "cpu-auslastung" of constantly 50%-60%... don't think that's normal... Only way to solve the problem: Reiinstalling WinXP which isn't funny coz i did it just 3 weeks before.. Now i will NEVER EVER install a starforce protected game even if it's half-life 3 or GTA 12 or whatever, game-of-the-year... Just wanted to say how ****in **** this copy protection is.... __________________________ THX for listening/reading...
