Final Fantasy X-2 : Victor Primoris Question???
Hello friends.
I'm in Mi'ihen Road in Ch. 5 (I skipped Rin's Mystery in Ch. 4). I cannot find Rin in the Travle Agency nor can I find Chocobos to ride on Mi'ihen Road to get Victor Primoris. Do you have to solve Rin's Mystery to be able to get Victor Primoris?

Perhaps a gaming guide would solve your problem. You might want to check around for one locally or maybe on ebay.
 That way you can get yourself sorted on each level you have difficulty.
