Final Fantasy X-2 : Victor Primoris Question???
 

Hello friends.
I'm in Mi'ihen Road in Ch. 5 (I skipped Rin's Mystery in Ch. 4). I cannot find Rin in the Travle Agency nor can I find Chocobos to ride on Mi'ihen Road to get Victor Primoris. Do you have to solve Rin's Mystery to be able to get Victor Primoris?

Perhaps a gaming guide would solve your problem. You might want to check around for one locally or maybe on ebay. ;) That way you can get yourself sorted on each level you have difficulty. :D
