Problems patching 60hz Border Down and Psyvariar 2

Both games runs fine in 50hz mode, but if I patch them with Pal Patcher 1.1, Border Down (no autoboot), booted from Utopia, stops loading at 96%, psyvariar 2 returns to Dc menu after the Dolmexica screen.

They both show me protection 2 and 3. I have tried to patch both protections and then only prot 2. neither work and show the same effects....

I have a Pal euro DC.

Can someone help me?
