VERY briefly--
1- you can copy PSX games with any of the CD copy utilities out there--CDRWIN, CloneCD and Nero come to mind. However,
2- you CANNOT play those backups on a PSX unless it has a mod chip. No way around it.
3- you CAN play those backups with some PC emulators out there. Bleem! and Virtual Game Station come to mind.
4- Get a PC gamepad if you intend to play on a PC emulator--they tend to have better functionality, but they don't have a vibration function (which I find cheesy anyway)
