Just download the latest patch version ( I think its 1.08) and then
apply the fixed dat file (download from gamecopyworld.com) to:

Play Instructions:
* Install the game - Full Installation.
* Apply the official C&C 3: Tiberium Wars v1.08 Patch.
* Replace the original
CNC3GAME.EXE file with the one from the File Archive.
* Play the Game!
